Currently on-site operating in partnership with BAM Construction and hub West Scotland, Arc-Tech is delivering a turnkey Mechanical and Electrical services solution to support the delivery of a new, acute mental health facility at Stobhill Hospital.
Located just north of Glasgow city centre, the hospital is operated by NHS Greater Glasgow and City (NHSGGC) and the new, £11m project is set to provide some of the most enhanced services in Scotland for those with functional health issues.
A new ward is set to be constructed alongside a series of specialist adult in-patient and wellbeing services as well as areas to support health and office-based staff.
The mental health facility is the second contract to have been undertaken by Arc-Tech on behalf of the NHS having previously worked with NHS Forth Valley whilst further experience was gathered whilst working with the St Andrew’s Hospice and the refurbishment of their palliative health facility in Airdrie.
