At present, we currently employ three trainees in our Glasgow-based office undertaking roles in surveying, buying and project management and for those taking their first step into the industry, we are immensely proud to state that we also offer industry-recognised trade apprenticeship programmes, currently employing 19 apprentices undertaking the following trades:
We partner with some of Scotland’s leading colleges such as South Lanarkshire, Glasgow Kelvin and Cardonald College to deliver a structured, 4-year programme offering a mix of practical and theoretical learning whilst earning as well delivering tangible opportunity for full-time job roles with a strong background of apprentice retention into our direct labour force.
