The new Clydebank Health and Care Centre forms part of the major regeneration of Queens Quay in Clydebank.
Managed by West Dunbartonshire Council health and Social Care Partnership alongside NHSGGC, the new health centre will replace existing premises on Kilboiw Road, Clydebank, with the aim of improving the standard (and quantity) of available health services to serve up to 40,000 members of the local population.
In addition to GP services, the new centre will accommodate district nurses, health visitors and social work, dental and podiatry departments to provide a full range of enhanced healthcare.
Arc-Tech (Scotland) is working on behalf of Main Contractor BAM Construct UK, in partnership with hub West Scotland, to support a 2022 launch with the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Services. These include:

Arc-Tech is a BAM Category 1 Subcontractor and has previously, successfully, delivered the Stobhill Acute Mental Health facility in Glasgow on behalf of the firm in 2020.
The health centre is also immediately adjacent to a further two Arc-Tech projects: Queens Quay House, an 82-bed care home, which was also completed in 2020, and the Queens Quay Regeneration, a residential development that is presently under construction by Main Contractor, CCG (Scotland).
Clydebank Health and Care Centre is set to be complete in 2022.
