The works that were undertaken by Arc-Tech (Scotland) primarily focused on the main campus building and were completed on time and on budget for the commencement of classes and the return of students and faculty. This included lighting replacement to internal corridors, atria areas, selected classrooms, external car park lighting, external façade lighting and the installation of signage lighting.
Destratification ventilation will be installed to workshops and upgrades to kitchens also include ventilation which is inclusive of kitchen canopy replacement.
Boiler efficiency upgrades, including the installation of an energy monitoring system and Building Management System, were also part of the programme to aid the college in managing energy consumption.
