A popular local landmark works to transform the City halls began in late-2020 and is being led by Arc-Tech’s Main Construction partner BAM Construct UK in partnership with hub East Scotland on behalf of Perth & Kinross Council.
The £26.5m project involves the conversion and upgrade of the existing building to conceive a new centre for culture and heritage including a museum, arts and exhibition space as well as services for visitors in the form of a new visitor’s cafe and shop.
