Merchiston Boarding School, Edinburgh

Arc-Tech (Scotland) supported one of Scotland’s leading private schools with the upgrade of boarding accommodation at their campus in south-east Edinburgh.

Merchiston Boy’s Boarding School is located in Colinton and is set on over 100 acres of land based on the grounds of Merchiston Castle since 1893.

The modernisation works undertaken to their student accommodation halls, which offers residence to pupils ranging from 5 to 18 years old, were led by the Main Contractor, Linear Design and Construct, of Linear Group, with Arc-Tech (Scotland) responsible for the installation of an M&E Services package which included:
