Garnock Visitor & Community Hub, North Ayrshire

Garnock Community and Visitor Hub is a new community and tourist-led facility that is presently under construction in Garnock Valley, North Ayrshire.

Supporting main contractor CCG (Scotland), Arc-Tech (Scotland) will deliver a turnkey Mechanical Services package on behalf of North Ayrshire Council and hub South West that will contribute towards the creation of a two-storey building with a balcony overlooking the rugby pitches as well as a 60-cover café.

On the lower ground floor, there will be six changing rooms for the use of Garnock Rugby Club and other sports clubs and community groups, a physiotherapy room, an officials’ changing area and direct access onto the two pitches.

Works commenced at the facility in May 2021 and are set for completion in summer 2022.
