The 68-bed development has transformed a site once belonging to commercial premises, located in the heart of the popular town centre, into private accommodation that provides sector-leading standards of 24/7 residential, nursing, and dementia care services for the elderly.
It is the latest project to be led by Morrison Community Care Group, a nationally-recognised care developer, and CCG (Scotland) who have each formed an innovative development company that specialises in delivering high-quality accommodation for the elderly across central Scotland.
Arc-Tech (Scotland) has helped deliver four care homes on behalf of Morrison Community Care since 2017, helping to create over 200 beds. Since the formation of Morrison Community Care (CCG) Holdco) in 2021, we have supported the delivery of over 150 much-needed bed spaces across the country.
Dalgety Bay utilised a Mechanical & Electrical services package to support the enhanced level of service and internal amenities, including private en-suite rooms, dining facilities, a cinema, a hair salon, and a visitor’s cafe.
