The partnership between the firms began in 2017; four developments and over 200 beds have since been created. The commencement of Almondside, following on from Dalgety Bay Luxury Suites in Fife, is now the sixth project to have been supported by M&E Services from Arc-Tech (Scotland), each designed to align with the aspirations of the client to deliver a class-leading standard of 24/7 residential, nursing and dementia care provision for the over 65’s.
Private en-suite bedrooms and dining rooms, as well as a visitor’s cafe, hair salon, cinema, champagne bar, and private communal grounds, are among the broad range of amenities on offer to residents upon completion in 2024.
