Formerly a residential tenement block located in the centre of Kilmarnock, the building was extensively refurbished and upgraded thanks to funding from the Scottish Government, the Heritage Lottery Fund and the East Ayrshire Council’s Town Centre Regeneration Fund as part of an initiative to upgrade heritage building’s across the constituency.
The new Centre was the first 20th-century building to receive such an upgrade as well as being the very first contract that Arc-Tech won upon the business’ inception in 2016.
The building offers serviced accommodation, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and training facilities with a reception facility during core office hours. An all-inclusive rental cost including heating, lighting and superfast broadband allows businesses to budget for occupancy costs, all designed to support business growth.
In providing additional support, Business Gateway retains an office on the ground floor.
