The new St Ninian’s Primary School, located in Gourock, is presently being constructed on behalf of Inverclyde Council and hub West Scotland and is a project that will benefit from a full Design, Install, and Commission M&E service by Arc-Tech.

The new school sits adjacent to the existing primary school which is due to demolished after the completion of the new school in summer-2018 in advance of the 18/19 academic year. St Ninian’s Primary is latest in the Council’s £270 million investment that will see every child in a new or refurbished school by 2020 with new building providing 13 classrooms, a gym, dining hall, music room, and a library over its two stories. Children will be dropped off at a dedicated lay-by with space for three buses and pedestrian access will be from Staffa Street, Drumshantie Road, and Kirn Drive.

Arc-Tech is currently designing the M&E service for the project with a programmed site start before the end of 2017. The list of services include:
