A total of ten developments supported by Arc-Tech (Scotland)’s M&E Services have made the coveted FINAL LIST, including some of Scotland’s most pioneering projects.
The 444-home Western Villages and 75-home Station View form part of the £1.3bn Granton Waterfront Regeneration. Located under 1 mile from each other in north Edinburgh, each project – constructed on behalf of The City of Edinburgh Council – is designed to achieve operational net zero carbon and has adopted a purpose-built cASHP (combined Air-Source Heat Pump) System for space heating and hot water services.
The two developments have been nominated across three categories, and are joined by Clydebak East – a third project comprising 88 homes for West Dunbartonshire Council that has also been partly supported by a cASHP system designed and installed by Arc-Tech in partnership with Hawthorne Boyle.
All projects that have reached the finals have also benefited from Arc-Tech’s solar PV panel system and sprinkler installation services, as well as EV charging solutions.
