Building Better Healthcare is a leading trade media publication highlighting healthcare developers’ work around the UK. Their awards were hosted at a glamorous ceremony on 06/11/2024 and it was there the Clydebank Health & Care Centre was announced as the winner of ‘Best Healthcare Development (under £25m)’ for 2024.
Located in West Dunbartonshire, the development forms part of the large-scale, mixed-use regeneration of the former John Brown Shipyard in Clydebank known as the Queens Quay Regeneration Masterplan.
Arc-Tech (Scotland) supported its delivery with a £3.4m Mechanical & Electrical Services package on behalf of BAM Construct UK and hub West Scotland, with the building officially opening its doors in 2021.
