Morrison Community Care is one of the country’s leading care operators and developers and, in 2021, the company formed an innovative partnership with the main contractor, CCG (Scotland) with the intent to create high-quality, modern care homes across the central belt.
The partnership between the firms began in 2017; nine developments have been delivered since then, with a further two projects onsite, representing over 600 bed spaces supported by Arc-Tech (Scotland) in a near-decade or growth in the Scottish care sector.
Kingfisher House is set on the grounds of the former Hillside Hospital. Reaching three storeys, it offers residents a place to sit and enjoy it unique surroundings.
Over 100 staff are on hand to provide round-the-clock care, with private en-suite bedrooms, dining rooms served by professionally trained chefs, visitors cafe, cinema, and champagne bar forming part of a wide range of amenities designed to support resident’s comfort and dignity
