The Framework Agreement will enable the firm to tender for the provision of reactive maintenance, planned works, and associated services to all mechanical plant and equipment within the University’s 550+ sites across the city.
It may also be used for small projects and minor works capital projects where appropriate.
Arc-Tech (Scotland) is recognised as a leading provider of Building Services in Scotland with an extensive contract portfolio in the Edinburgh city region including residential, PBSA, and hotels as well as large-scale commercial office spaces and leisure premises.
The recently opened Lost Shore Surf Resort in Newbridge and Burnet Point, a BREEAM Excellent, low carbon mixed-use development with GRAHAM Building under construction in Morningside, are among the various major contracts that have utilised the firm’s services in recent months.
